Hello wizards, witches, and muggles. We hope that you and your families are all safe, healthy and adjusting well at this time.

Today we are writing to update our ticket holders and vendors.

We know COVID-19 pandemic has effected everyone in

the Fan-Event industry, and many others.

As a non-profit, volunteer, fan-run event, we prepare our wands and counter curses for this dark curse cast upon us

and face it with strength and determination.

We look forward to our triumph over our adversary and know you are still as excited about the Weekend of Wizardry Year 2 as we are. With that in mind we realize that providing transfer and refund options to our ticket holders and vendors is paramount.

In the links below you will see options for refunds, keeping your reservations, and donations to help us keep the magic going. Our event is so unique because of you! Please take a moment and complete the refund form

Wizards, Witches and Muggles

it's with a heavy heart that we bring you the news that

Weekend of Wizardry Year 2 will be postponed until 2021.

We know it is disappointing, but the health and safety of our attendees, volunteers, and partners are our number one priority.

Over the next week we will be working through the refund process for our ticket holders and vendors. We will be sending out emails with a link and providing updates through our website and social media.

With our unique circumstances with our location, we will not be able to release our 2021 date until AFTER the Fall 2020 Semester begins. However, our target date will be very close to this year's date. Keep an eye out, we will continue to have crafts, classes and mini events to keep Tacoma Wizards involved in this wonderful community.

Thank you all for your understanding and support.

Please do not lose hope. Together we can keep the magic alive.

Hello all Witches, Wizards, and Muggle folk out there. In Regards to the Covid-19 Virus, we are reviewing the information provided in Governor Inslee's Press Release and discussing it with our Board of Directors and University of Puget Sound. We will be making announcements as we have updates from Pierce County and as changes are made. The safety of our attendees, guests and volunteers is our top priority. Wands at the ready Wizards we are still working hard on all the magic of Weekend of Wizardry.
