Vendor Refund Options

We know you are excited about Weekend of Wizardry. These are trying times for all of us right now and every penny counts for our non-profit, volunteer, fan-run event. We ask if you are able, please consider keeping your booth reservations in place and stand by our side as we move our year 2 plans (Summer 2021 at the University of Puget Sound).

To show our gratitude to those keeping your booth, we are offering an additional perk of your choice at no additional cost. Thank you for your support and consideration.

We will apply the refund, partial credit minus the donation back to your financial institution, or send you a new contract once dates are announced.
